The Fiat 500e is not promoting properly.
Stellantis paused manufacturing of the pint-sized electrical automobile on Sept. 12 noting sluggish demand. Reuters reported on Tuesday that manufacturing shouldn’t be scheduled to renew till Nov. 1.
The unique manufacturing halt was solely slated to final 4 weeks with a restart date set for Oct. 11.
Stellantis, Fiat’s guardian firm, slowed manufacturing operations on the Mirafiori plant in Turin, Italy in February noting it was a response to weak market demand for the electrical Fiat 500e. The slowdown was set to have the plant working at a single diminished eight-hour shift schedule. Beforehand the plant was working two shifts.

Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares will meet with the Italian parliamentary committee subsequent week to debate the automaker’s Italian manufacturing, based on Reuters.
