A three way partnership between Rivian and the Volkswagen Group is producing curiosity from different automakers as Rivian prepares to introduce superior driver-assist methods.
The partnership, introduced in June and formally established in November, entails Volkswagen investing $5.8 billion in Rivian in alternate for entry to the U.S. automaker’s electrical structure and software program growth capabilities.
