Bengaluru, March 5, 2025 — In a big improvement for India’s electrical car (EV) sector, Ola Electrical Applied sciences Personal Restricted, a subsidiary of Ola Electrical Mobility Restricted, has obtained approval for an incentive of ₹73.74 crore below the Manufacturing Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for Car and Auto Elements.

The sanction order was issued by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Authorities of India. This approval permits for the discharge of the Demand Incentive by way of IFCI Restricted, marking a vital development in Ola Electrical’s efforts to foster EV innovation and improve home manufacturing capabilities.

The authorized incentive pertains to the Decided Gross sales Worth for FY 2023-24, underscoring Ola Electrical’s function in India’s shift in the direction of sustainable mobility.
