Believ is a three way partnership between Liberty World and Zouk Capital, who will probably be collaborating with Santander, ABN Amro, Natwest, and MUFG for funding. Zouk Capital manages the UK government-backed Charging Infrastructure Funding Fund (CIIF), which, together with the Native Electrical Car Infrastructure (LEVI) fund, has been instrumental in supporting the expansion of the UK’s public charging community.
